Getting Started!
The certification application or “Organic System Plan (OSP)”
describes your organic production system to CCOF. You may utilize
the buttons below to download a complete application package or
you can visit our OSP index attached to download
specific sections only. You may also request
a copy on CD or a printed version.
CCOF has compiled a comprehensive application and set of program
manuals to help understand the standards,
CCOF certification procedures, and describe
and develop your organic production system.

CCOF has compiled an index that includes each individual section
in the certification application. This can be used to get additional
copies of repeated sections such as parcel or product profiles.
The forms that begin with a "G" apply to growing, "H"
applies to handling or processing, and "L" applies to
livestock.

This Manual describes your rights and responsibilities as a certified
operation, CCOF due process procedures, the costs of certification,
certification procedures and how to remain certified.

List with the National Organic Program Final Rule Listings
CCOF is a subscriber to the Organic Materials Institute (OMRI).
We have published this guide to materials use in conjunction with
OMRI to make it easier for certified clients to research materials
for possible use on/in certified operations. Manual 4 is not available
in PDF format and therefore is not available for downloading from
our website. Please contact the CCOF office
to purchase a print copy of this Manual ($10.00 - major credit
cards accepted, cash, personal/company check, money order, invoicing
available for existing CCOF certified clients only).
