USDA National Organic Program Standards
The USDA National Organic Program standards (7 CFR Part 205) are available in an easy-to-read printed booklet format. The booklet contains the federal organic standards for growing, livestock production, handling and processing, and retailing. It is surprisingly hard to find a printed version of the US organic standards. This version provides a copy at a reasonable cost and includes amendments printed in Nov. 2003.
