Improved Forms & Documents and FAQs

We are excited to announce significant improvements to two helpful areas of the CCOF website: Forms & Documents and Certification Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). These sections are designed to help make the certification process simple and are now more user-friendly than ever before!

Certification Cost Share is Back

Certification cost share is a program that reimburses organic operations 75% of eligible certification-related costs up to a maximum of $750 per certified scope. Certification cost share is now open in the state of California and will be in other states soon. CCOF is preparing helpful instruction documents and tools to help you navigate the cost share forms. Look for them by May 1!

Last Call for Certification Cost Share

CCOF is excited to announce that 33% of its members in California have successfully applied for the organic certification cost-share rebate, which refunds 75% of certification-related expenses up to a maximum of $750 per certified scope of operation.

We encourage the remainder of CCOF-certified members to apply for certification cost share in California before the postmark deadline of November 29, 2014. We also encourage members in other states to submit applications for cost share according to their state deadlines.

Complete Your Renewal and Get Entered to Win a Free Inspection!

Every year, you are required to submit the annual Continuation of Certification contract and pay your certification fee. In early November, we will mail your renewal package—including the annual renewal contract and invoice—and email you all the necessary information.

By submitting the completed renewal contract and payment or payment plan by January 1, you’ll automatically be entered to win a free inspection up to $500. You’ll also receive 10% off of ALL CCOF merchandise through the month of January!

Good luck!
