Why Chino Valley Ranchers Supports CCOF's Future Organic Farmer Grant Fund

Applications are officially open for the CCOF Foundation’s 2018 Future Organic Farmer Grant Fund in the K-8 and higher education categories! We receive hundreds of applications each year from qualified candidates across the United States. Our work would not be possible without the support of companies like Chino Valley Ranchers. Read about why they support the Future Organic Farmer Grant Fund.

Chino ValleyChino Valley Ranchers is a third-generation family-owned and operated egg producer headquartered in Southern California. We provide a full line of fresh shell eggs with 100 percent of our production from cage free or certified organic hens. In addition, we offer a full line of fresh/frozen cage free and organic egg products. The company was founded in 1953.

Since our humble beginnings of organic production starting back in the early 1990s, we have been a supporter of organic farming practices. It has been a vital part of the success of our family business and continues to be so today. As the organic industry continues to grow, we need farmers and leaders with passion and drive to withstand the challenges of farming in today’s landscape. We believe that supporting the Future Organic Farmer Grant Fund will give individuals a head start on a path to success in the organic farming industry and inspire others to do the same. These future stewards, in turn, will support the continuation of healthy soils, sustainable farming practices, and better welfare for animals. This will not only reap benefits for the land they sow but also provide delicious, nutritious and quality organic food for the community they serve.
CCOF has been an advocate for the organic industry for more than 40 years, and the CCOF Future Organic Farmer Grant Fund exemplifies their commitment.
