CCOF Organic Inspectors

CCOF hires and contracts qualified organic inspectors based on regional supply and demand loads; location is an important factor.

Organic inspectors are highly qualified professional auditors possessing a suitable combination of relevant education and work experience in crops, and/or livestock, and/or food processing and handling. A general requirement is the completion of relevant courses offered by the International Organic Inspectors Association (IOIA). Depending on previous experience, inspectors may be asked to complete several apprentice inspections with CCOF.

CCOF Food Safety Inspectors

CCOF inspects and audits farms and packing-houses to the GLOBALG.A.P. standards. We are currently hiring individuals with inspector and auditor qualifications per the GLOBALG.A.P. General Regulations v5.0-2, Annex III.1 and III.2.

Hiring is based on regional supply and demand loads, location, and experience in organic production. Additional training with CCOF will be required.
