Job Opening: Seasonal Farmhand, Hidden Villa Farm

The seasonal farmhands work as a part of the 5 person farm team on all manner of daily field tasks on Hidden Villa’s regenerative farm. You’ll help us deliver high quality produce, flowers and experiences that connect participants, donors and volunteers to Hidden Villa. We are a small scale, direct market farm managing 7 acres of row crops and orchards for our CSA, on-site education programs, events and a local food pantry. We are looking for someone who is passionate about small scale regenerative agriculture and enjoys physical work. This position requires self motivation, comfort in working alone and a positive, team oriented attitude.

Pay: $18/hour

Onsite shared housing with a private bedroom.

Benefits: This position is fully benefited, including paid time off, health insurance and retirement.

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Seasonal position, March – end of October
