{"id":32671,"date":"2020-12-04T22:32:51","date_gmt":"2020-12-04T22:32:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccof.org\/stop-use-notice-for-the-product-agro-gold-ws\/"},"modified":"2025-08-12T18:52:29","modified_gmt":"2025-08-12T18:52:29","slug":"stop-use-notice-for-the-product-agro-gold-ws","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccof.org\/es\/news\/stop-use-notice-for-the-product-agro-gold-ws\/","title":{"rendered":"Notificaci\u00f3n de cese de uso del producto AGRO GOLD WS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Programa de Inspecci\u00f3n de Materiales Fertilizantes (FMIP, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) del Departamento de Alimentos y Agricultura de California (CDFA, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) emiti\u00f3 un aviso de cuarentena y suspensi\u00f3n de uso en todo el estado para el producto AGRO GOLD WS a partir del 4 de diciembre de 2020. El producto AGRO GOLD WS ha sido distribuido dentro de una caja coempaquetada que tambi\u00e9n contiene el producto WEED SLAYER, un herbicida que tambi\u00e9n se indica como aprobado para su uso en agricultura org\u00e1nica.<\/p>\n<p>Se ha encontrado que el producto AGRO GOLD WS contiene Diquat y Glifosato, ambas sustancias prohibidas bajo las regulaciones org\u00e1nicas del USDA en 7 CFR \u00a7205.105: Sustancias, m\u00e9todos e ingredientes permitidos y prohibidos en la producci\u00f3n y manejo org\u00e1nicos.       Las operaciones de California han recibido instrucciones de suspender inmediatamente el uso de Agro Gold WS en tierras registradas como org\u00e1nicas.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien las pruebas aqu\u00ed comunicadas se refieren a los productos AGRO GOLD WS encontrados en el Estado de California, las operaciones en otros Estados deben revisar su uso de estos productos para asegurarse de que cumplen con 7 CFR \u00a7205.105.<\/p>\n<p>Cualquier operaci\u00f3n que utilice AGRO GOLD WS debe evaluar si necesita actualizar su OSP para reflejar el uso discontinuado de este producto.
