La gran mayor\u00eda de las operaciones de CCOF cumplen las normas org\u00e1nicas. En raras ocasiones, las operaciones y CCOF son capaces de abordar graves problemas de cumplimiento a trav\u00e9s de acuerdos formales e informales de mediaci\u00f3n y conciliaci\u00f3n que requieren un seguimiento continuo, informes peri\u00f3dicos y\/o inspecciones adicionales. Estos esfuerzos suponen una importante presi\u00f3n sobre los recursos y afectan a nuestra capacidad para satisfacer las necesidades de otros clientes, la gran mayor\u00eda de los cuales suelen cumplir las normas.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, a partir del 1 de septiembre de 2016, los Servicios de Certificaci\u00f3n de CCOF han implementado un programa de Recargo por Supervisi\u00f3n de Cumplimiento como una tarifa adicional que puede aplicarse en estas situaciones. Las tarifas anuales para la supervisi\u00f3n adicional del cumplimiento se determinar\u00e1n en el contexto de la situaci\u00f3n, normalmente en niveles de $2.500, sin exceder de $10.000.<\/p>\n<p>Esto garantiza que las operaciones que requieren recursos organizativos adicionales no sean subvencionadas por otras operaciones, incluidas las peque\u00f1as explotaciones y los procesadores.
