{"id":32922,"date":"2021-01-19T21:54:54","date_gmt":"2021-01-19T21:54:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccof.org\/changes-to-sourcing-nop-ingredients-and-products-from-india\/"},"modified":"2025-08-12T18:51:28","modified_gmt":"2025-08-12T18:51:28","slug":"changes-to-sourcing-nop-ingredients-and-products-from-india","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccof.org\/es\/news\/changes-to-sourcing-nop-ingredients-and-products-from-india\/","title":{"rendered":"Cambios en el abastecimiento de ingredientes y productos NOP procedentes de la India"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Si su operaci\u00f3n se abastece de ingredientes o productos org\u00e1nicos con certificaci\u00f3n NOP de la India, tendr\u00e1 que asegurarse de que su proveedor o vendedor est\u00e9 certificado por un certificador acreditado por el USDA o est\u00e9 buscando la certificaci\u00f3n de un certificador acreditado por el USDA antes del 12 de julio de 2021. Desde 2006, el USDA ha permitido a la Autoridad para el Desarrollo de la Exportaci\u00f3n de Productos Agroalimentarios Procesados (APEDA) del gobierno indio gestionar la acreditaci\u00f3n de los certificadores NOP que trabajan en India a trav\u00e9s de un Acuerdo de Reconocimiento. Para aumentar la autoridad de supervisi\u00f3n y aplicaci\u00f3n en la India, el USDA dar\u00e1 por terminado este Acuerdo de Reconocimiento, requiriendo que todos los certificadores NOP acreditados por APEDA sean acreditados directamente por el USDA a m\u00e1s tardar el 12 de julio de 2022.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Este cambio afectar\u00e1 a todas las operaciones org\u00e1nicas NOP con sede en la India que venden al mercado estadounidense y requerir\u00e1 la acci\u00f3n de todas las operaciones en los Estados Unidos que se abastecen de productos e ingredientes org\u00e1nicos NOP de la India. A partir de mediados de marzo de 2021, los certificadores acreditados por el USDA que trabajan en la India indicar\u00e1n las operaciones que est\u00e1n certificadas o que buscan la certificaci\u00f3n NOP con un certificador acreditado por el USDA en el <a href=\"https:\/\/organic.ams.usda.gov\/Integrity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Base de datos de integridad ecol\u00f3gica del USDA<\/a>.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Las operaciones de CCOF que se abastecen de productos org\u00e1nicos NOP de la India tendr\u00e1n que utilizar el <a href=\"https:\/\/organic.ams.usda.gov\/Integrity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Base de datos de integridad org\u00e1nica del USDA<\/a> verificar que su proveedor indio est\u00e9 indicado como nuevo solicitante o como certificado para poder cumplir con este nuevo requisito a partir de mediados de marzo de 2021. Si su proveedor no est\u00e1 indicado en la base de datos para el 12 de julio de 2021, comun\u00edquese con su proveedor para hacerle saber que necesita solicitar la certificaci\u00f3n NOP de un certificador acreditado por el USDA para continuar vendiendo productos NOP a su operaci\u00f3n. Las operaciones de CCOF ser\u00e1n responsables de proporcionar a CCOF los certificados NOP emitidos por un certificador acreditado por el USDA antes de julio de 2022.
