{"id":32953,"date":"2022-03-25T22:00:03","date_gmt":"2022-03-25T22:00:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccof.org\/strengthening-organic-enforcement-rule-released\/"},"modified":"2024-07-24T16:47:53","modified_gmt":"2024-07-24T16:47:53","slug":"strengthening-organic-enforcement-rule-released","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccof.org\/es\/news\/strengthening-organic-enforcement-rule-released\/","title":{"rendered":"Publicada la norma que refuerza la aplicaci\u00f3n de la normativa org\u00e1nica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Programa Nacional Org\u00e1nico del USDA (NOP) public\u00f3 una propuesta oficial de reglamento para el Fortalecimiento de la Aplicaci\u00f3n Org\u00e1nica (SOE). Los cambios propuestos constituir\u00e1n los cambios m\u00e1s significativos a las regulaciones org\u00e1nicas desde la creaci\u00f3n del NOP.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Entre otros cambios, la norma propuesta<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reducir los tipos de entidades no certificadas en la cadena de suministro org\u00e1nica (importadores, intermediarios, comerciantes).<\/li>\n<li>Exigir el uso de certificados de importaci\u00f3n NOP para todos los productos org\u00e1nicos que entren en los Estados Unidos.<\/li>\n<li>Aclarar la supervisi\u00f3n NOP de las actividades de certificaci\u00f3n, incluyendo que la supervisi\u00f3n NOP se extiende a las acciones de cualquier persona que realice un trabajo en nombre de un agente certificador.<\/li>\n<li>Exigir a las operaciones certificadas y a los agentes certificadores que mejoren el mantenimiento de registros<\/li>\n<li>Exigir que los agentes certificadores realicen inspecciones sin previo aviso del 5 por ciento de las operaciones que certifica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Muchos de estos cambios codificar\u00e1n la gu\u00eda NOP existente que CCOF y otros certificadores ya siguen. Otros cambios crear\u00e1n cambios significativos en la cadena de suministro org\u00e1nica. Como tal, el personal de pol\u00edtica y certificaci\u00f3n de CCOF trabajar\u00e1 estrechamente con otras certificadoras, la Asociaci\u00f3n de Comercio Org\u00e1nico (OTA), y nuestros miembros para desarrollar comentarios exhaustivos sobre la norma propuesta.
