Mientras que la norma oficial, llamada \"Strengthening Organic Enforcement proposed rule\", a\u00fan no ha salido, el NOP ha lanzado un borrador pre-publicado y otros recursos en\u00a0<a       href=\"https:\/\/www.ams.usda.gov\/rules-regulations\/strengthening-organic-enforcement-proposed-rule\">su sitio web<\/a>. La OTA tambi\u00e9n ha elaborado un\u00a0<a       href=\"https:\/\/ota.com\/sites\/default\/files\/indexed_files\/SOE_PR       Summary_OrganicTradeAssociation_071520FinalVersion2 %28002%29.pdf\">Resumen de 10 p\u00e1ginas<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Esperamos que la norma propuesta<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reducir los tipos de entidades no certificadas en la cadena de suministro org\u00e1nica (importadores, intermediarios, comerciantes).<\/li>\n<li>Exigir el uso de certificados de importaci\u00f3n NOP para todos los productos org\u00e1nicos que entren en los Estados Unidos.<\/li>\n<li>Aclarar la supervisi\u00f3n NOP de las actividades de certificaci\u00f3n, incluyendo que la supervisi\u00f3n NOP se extiende a las actividades de cualquier persona que realice un trabajo en nombre de un agente certificador.<\/li>\n<li>Exigir a las operaciones certificadas y a los agentes certificadores que mejoren el mantenimiento de registros<\/li>\n<li>Exigir que los agentes certificadores realicen inspecciones sin previo aviso del 5 por ciento de las operaciones que certifica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Estamos haciendo un seguimiento de esta norma y le informaremos cuando la NOP publique la norma oficial, que iniciar\u00e1 un periodo de comentarios de 60 d\u00edas.
