Puede consultar nuestro <a data-entity-substitution=\"canonical\" data-entity-type=\"node\"       data-entity-uuid=\"15f54969-28d7-428f-948f-416ac29e1bee\" href=\"\/es\/node\/13007031\/\">Serie de v\u00eddeos SOE<\/a> para saber c\u00f3mo afecta la norma a intermediarios, importadores, exportadores, propietarios de marcas, establecimientos minoristas, instalaciones de transporte y almacenamiento que almacenan productos org\u00e1nicos certificados. Las exenciones para estas operaciones se han reducido considerablemente. A partir del 19 de marzo de 2024, la exenci\u00f3n s\u00f3lo se aplicar\u00e1 a las operaciones de recepci\u00f3n, almacenamiento y\/o preparaci\u00f3n de productos org\u00e1nicos para su env\u00edo* si:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Todos los productos org\u00e1nicos se presentan en envases sellados a prueba de manipulaciones,**.<\/li>\n<li>Todos los productos org\u00e1nicos permanecen en el mismo envase sellado y a prueba de manipulaciones mientras est\u00e1n bajo el control de la operaci\u00f3n, y<\/li>\n<li>No se realiza ning\u00fan otro manejo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si se cumplen todas estas condiciones, la operaci\u00f3n no est\u00e1 obligada a certificarse (la operaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 exenta). Sin embargo, se deben mantener todos los registros de seguimiento. Sus clientes certificados por el CCOF le pedir\u00e1n que complete un documento <a data-entity-substitution=\"canonical\"       data-entity-type=\"node\" data-entity-uuid=\"6d4f04c6-cd1d-4521-906a-f9a8088343fd\"       href=\"\/es\/node\/10461246\/\">Declaraci\u00f3n jurada de manipulador exento (EHA)<\/a>. Puede utilizar este <a       data-entity-substitution=\"canonical\" data-entity-type=\"node\"       data-entity-uuid=\"c4b9250e-14b3-4154-99d0-02ef14587c18\"       href=\"\/es\/node\/10532391\/\">autoevaluaci\u00f3n<\/a> para confirmar su estado y ver <a       data-entity-substitution=\"canonical\" data-entity-type=\"node\"       data-entity-uuid=\"15f54969-28d7-428f-948f-416ac29e1bee\" href=\"\/es\/node\/13007031\/\">Serie de v\u00eddeos del CCOF SOE<\/a> para saber m\u00e1s.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Si no se cumple alguna de estas condiciones, se requiere la certificaci\u00f3n. El CCOF ofrece un descuento en la tasa \u00fanica de solicitud $350 a las operaciones afectadas por este cambio de norma. Utilice el campo de c\u00f3digo de descuento SOE2023 de la solicitud, y reduciremos su tasa de solicitud, dependiendo de cu\u00e1ndo env\u00ede su solicitud.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solicitudes recibidas a trav\u00e9s de\u00a0<strong>Diciembre<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>31, 2023<\/strong>:       \u00a0<u>$200 tasa de solicitud<\/u>\u00a0(\u00a1descuento $150!).<\/li>\n<li>Solicitudes recibidas en 2024:\u00a0<u>tasa de solicitud completa de $350.<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Encontrar\u00e1 m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre SOE en <a data-entity-substitution=\"canonical\"       data-entity-type=\"node\" data-entity-uuid=\"27d8e20d-9381-4821-a449-87629b1b8c92\"       href=\"\/es\/node\/307086\/\">P\u00e1gina web del CCOF<\/a>. Ejemplos de envases no destinados a la venta al por menor a prueba de manipulaciones: cajas de productos agr\u00edcolas con cinta adhesiva \"NO MANIPULAR CON\" colocada en las solapas de la caja, sacos de harina a granel precintados, bidones o contenedores de aceite de oliva precintados.
