Weber llega al CCOF desde Vermont, donde trabaj\u00f3 como defensora del agua limpia para la Conservation Law Foundation.       En este puesto, Weber cre\u00f3 coaliciones de diversas partes interesadas y promovi\u00f3 legislaci\u00f3n para proteger el lago Champlain y mejorar la capacidad de recuperaci\u00f3n de las comunidades. Anteriormente, Weber particip\u00f3 en actividades de divulgaci\u00f3n agr\u00edcola como becaria Fulbright en Nepal y trabaj\u00f3 en pol\u00edtica agr\u00edcola y medioambiental para el senador estadounidense Patrick Leahy.
