Estos retrasos est\u00e1n obligando a las explotaciones, especialmente a las peque\u00f1as y medianas, a absorber los costes de certificaci\u00f3n de su propio bolsillo en un momento en que los m\u00e1rgenes ya son estrechos.<\/p>\n<p>Sin el apoyo oportuno, las explotaciones pueden posponer la renovaci\u00f3n, reducir su tama\u00f1o o abandonar la producci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica, socavando los objetivos del USDA de fortalecer las peque\u00f1as explotaciones y aumentar la producci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica nacional.<\/p>\n<p>El USDA debe actuar ahora.
