Estos retrasos est\u00e1n ejerciendo presi\u00f3n financiera sobre las operaciones ecol\u00f3gicas y amenazan la viabilidad de las peque\u00f1as y medianas explotaciones. El Congreso ya ha hecho su parte proporcionando fondos.
