La Comisi\u00f3n de Comercio Internacional de Estados Unidos (ITC) ha a\u00f1adido 29 nuevos c\u00f3digos HTS espec\u00edficos para productos org\u00e1nicos. Cuando exista un c\u00f3digo HTS correspondiente a su producto org\u00e1nico, deber\u00e1 utilizarlo para su ingreso a los Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p>Revise las clasificaciones de sus productos org\u00e1nicos para determinar si existe un <a href=\"https:\/\/hts.usitc.gov\/\">C\u00f3digo HTS<\/a> correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p>Si existe un c\u00f3digo HTS que corresponde con su producto org\u00e1nico:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exportadores: Utilicen el c\u00f3digo org\u00e1nico al solicitar un certificado de importaci\u00f3n NOP.<\/li>\n<li>Importadores: utilicen el c\u00f3digo HTS para productos org\u00e1nicos al presentar su declaraci\u00f3n de importaci\u00f3n en el Entorno Comercial Automatizado (ACE) de la Oficina de Aduanas y Protecci\u00f3n Fronteriza (CBP). Aseg\u00farense de que su agente aduanal comprenda este requisito. Verifiquen que se utilice el c\u00f3digo correcto en el certificado de importaci\u00f3n del NOP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es posible que ya se le hayan expedido certificados de importaci\u00f3n NOP (NOPIC, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) que contengan c\u00f3digos HTS antiguos que estaban vigentes en el momento de su expedici\u00f3n.
