I am a contact for multiple operations. How do I access information for each operation?

Log in to MyCCOF and go to ‘Choose another account’ The ‘Companies’ list will show all operations that you are currently a contact for. To access the information for a specific account, click on the name or the client ID of the operation.

You will be brought to the home screen for the operation selected and will have access to all information connected to that specific operation.

  • From the “Choose another account” view, you can choose which company record will automatically open when you sign into your MyCCOF account by checking the box next to that company record in the “Default” column
  • To change the “Default” simply check the box for another operation in the “Companies” list. This can be changed at any time.
