Our small batch pastas have a rough surface and a great al dente texture, creating an exceptional mouthfeel and exalting wheat flavor. Baia Pasta has a modern look and an old world soul. We also keep things sustainable by using 100% recycled materials and vegetable inks for our packaging, and by sourcing all materials and ingredients as locally as possible.
