If you are shipping NOP certified product that has final packaging or processing in the US or Canada to an EU member state, you need to:
- Be enrolled in the CCOF Global Market Access (GMA) program and be verified as compliant with the terms of the equivalency.
- Request an Certificate of Inspection (COI) from the EU's electronic document system TRACES.
If you are shipping NOP certified product from Mexico to the EU, the terms of the Equivalency Arrangement do not apply.
