The spring 2016 National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) meeting will be held April 25-27 in Washington, D.C. This biannual meeting impacts which materials producers can use in organic production. CCOF to Present Testimony to National Organic Standards Board in St. Louis, MO

The fall 2016 National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) meeting will be held November 16-18 in St. Louis, Missouri. This biannual meeting impacts which materials producers can use in organic production. After reviewing public comment and hearing testimony at the meeting, NOSB will make recommendations on standards and materials to the National Organic Program (NOP).

CCOF’s Comments for NOSB Denver Spring Meeting

CCOF submitted nine comments to the National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) ahead of their 2017 spring meeting. The comments cover many agenda items, including the 2019 Sunset Review substances.

NOSB is the federal advisory committee to the National Organic Program that meets twice a year. This spring, the board will meet in Denver, Colorado, on April 19-21, 2017.
