We are a organic vegetable farm, farmining at 5,000 feet elevation in Sierra Valley, the northeastern portion of the Sierra Nevada. We have a unique farm, using special farming techniques in a high altitude, harsh environments. Due to our shorter seasons we utilize season extension hoop houses and green houses, along with farming 6 acres outdoors, to grow year round.

Aspen Moon Farm started in 2009 and consisted of 2.5 acres in Longmont, Colorado with 1 acre of cultivated vegetables. Now we are amazed by the ~90 acres in our care with approximately ~25 acres in production. We happily serve the Boulder County Farmers markets and are very proud of our CSA program (600+ in 2023) and our roadside Farm Stand in Longmont. Aspen Moon Farm is USDA Certified Organic so our produce is truly 100% natural and bee friendly. We work hard to provide our own on-farm fertility through biodynamic compost, cover cropping and crop rotation.
