Organic and sustainable agricultural practices are emphasized at the Student Farm located on the campus of the University of California, Davis. We have 20 acres for students and researchers to experiment and gain first hand farming experience. Volunteers can come to work days and we offer a weekly CSA program.

GreenNibbles specializes in growing organic vegetables mostly greens in the winter and mostly melons, squash, and tomatoes in the summer. The owner is a retired high school chemistry and physics teacher who is the sole planner, planter, plant care person, harvester, hauler, and marketer. The produce is picked fresh and sold in farmers markets.

At Russian River Farm, we grow premium fruits and vegetables selected from the finest heirloom and specialty varieties- all harvested at the peak of perfection and handled with great care. We believe in maintaining a diverse and healthy ecosystem, soil and water quality in a beautiful and inviting space, and making organic produce available for all members of our community.

Founded in 1980 with tomatoes as our main crop, we have grown with a shifting perspective on farming that is focused more on an environmentally sensitive attitude. We now grow a variety of crops including, but not limited to rice, corn, and lettuce. Although our crops have expanded, our commitment to providing tasty and healthy food with respect to the soil and surrounding environment remain key in providing the best flavor, aroma, appearance, and feel that our produce is known for.
