World Variety is committed to industry and consumer education about specialty produce.

We are a family owned and operated farm with over 30 organic acres in Hollister, Ca. Throughout the year we grow a variety of fruits, vegetables, and ornamentals. We sell these products in a number of different ways; at Farmers\' Markets, restaurants, direct to independent grocery stores, on the wholesale market, and from a produce stand. In the harvest season we have a pumpkin patch and a giant haunted corn maze!

Established in 1993, California Specialty Farms began as a boutique shipper. Specializing in organic and conventional fresh herbs, hand carved vegetables and sourcing the unique "bits & pieces" needed to fullfill culinary appetites of all kinds, was and remains one of our hallmarks. Although times have changed and the specialty produce world has evolved, our desire and commitment remain the same! From the smallest overnight package of a single pound of product, to commercial air containers or full truck shipments with pallets of mixed commodities- we are feeding the world.
