Our products are superior quality liquid herb and spice water-soluble extracts. We supply these extracts to the food and beverage industry and the foodservice industry. These extracts can be squirted directly into your drinking water or added to juices, teas, and another liquid for added flavor and benefit.

Vacaville Fruit Company was started in 1960 in Vacaville, California by Richard Nola, a native of California. For over 40 years our company operated as one of California\'s largest dry yards, sun drying and tunnel drying California Apricots, Peaches, Nectarines, Pears, Plums, Prunes, and Tomatoes. In the early 1970\'s our company began hand packing premium Dried Fruit Gift Baskets, labeled VacaPac, made up of these fine California fruits with nuts and confections added to compliment the selection.
