Dynamic Nutraceuticals is committed to producing shelf-stable sprout products that are as close to the original raw ingredients as possible. Our products are processed and dried without heat to maintain the activity of the plant\'s enzymes. This means that our process can be cold enough so that enzymes are not denatured during the drying process. We have built on our early success, and believe on constant improvement in order to go the extra mile.

We were established in 1995 in Eugene, Oregon with the mission to increase the awareness of the symbiotic relationship between wild fungi, healthy forest ecosystems, and their mutual sustainability. Since then, our mission has broadened to include even more wild species in addition to organically cultivated foods. Our organically cultivated products come from a small organic farm right in our backyard as well as other organic farms that meet the same standards we do.

Our estate is a 600 acre bio-diverse property that envelopes three ranches in Hopland, California. With 300 acres dedicated to vineyards, we celebrate its openness and unspoiled yet well-tended beauty. We are committed to the preservation of the land and environment and focused on crafting wine that exemplifies what we stand for.

For more than 25 years, Far West Fungi has been dedicated to the growing, distribution and marketing of organic specialty mushrooms. We grow our mushrooms on a 60,000 foot growing facility in Moss Landing that takes advantage of the steady ocean breeze and northern coastal fog perfect for growing mushrooms. At Far West Fungi, our goal is to create a unique shopping destination for our customers. We take great pride and care in the forty-two-plus mushroom varieties we offer to deliver that unique feeling our customers have grown used to.

We specialize in dried, powdered and frozen mushrooms, specialty olive oils, truffle and truffle condiments. We also have some organic products.
