Glass Onion has been a trusted name in California fresh food production since 1990. The company started as a gourmet caterer, providing an array of handcrafted delivered meals, and full-service events. As the company grew, the focus shifted to pre-packaged grab and go and food service solutions. Glass Onion currently produces thirty thousand pre-packaged items for numerous customers and distributors daily. The heart of the endeavor, however, has remained the same creating artisan food using the best local ingredients, prepared in-house.

We are a family-owned and operated food importer and distributor based in Auburn, WA. From our Auburn warehouse we direct-deliver along the I-5 corridor, from the Canadian border south to Eugene, OR. Through cooperative relationships with a number of distribution partners we also cover geographic areas outside of our direct delivery region, including the West Coast, Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, and northern Wyoming. Our second warehouse, located in Moonachie, NJ, serves as a storage, cutting, and distribution facility for regional and national accounts across the US.

Urban Remedy is a line of snacks, meals, and cold-pressed juices designed to taste delicious and cleanse your body. We believe in the dramatic change that can be brought about through juice cleanses. Our quality products are organic, gluten-free, raw and vegan. Produce comes from sustainable, local farms to support the community and reduce our carbon footprint.
