We practice "just in time" milling which means we mill the rice as soon as an order is received and never store a single grain. Berglund Natural Foods is a California-based family business that specializes in providing manufactures, processors, and private label companies with organic and specialty grains including rice and rice flour. From the ground to the table, we work on a sustainable program emphasizing organically grown products.

We purchase, market and process rice and wild rice from over 300 farmers with 15% of the California rice production and over 40% of California\'s wild rice production. We are the second largest marketer of Organic California rice and specialize in supplying specialty organic rice to food processors for a wide variety of foods. We also market SunWest Organics proprietary branded products.
