We are a small family run business located in the foothills of Hollister, California. Our award winning organic extra virgin olive oil is a product of our great use of solar energy and permaculture techniques that sustain the earth\'s environment. Clean Foods Inc. roasts and distributes the Cafe Altura brand, the first organic coffee imported into the USA in 1980. Organic, Kosher, Fair Trade, Non-GMO available in whole bean, preground 12 oz cans and 3.5 Instant Coffee jars. Private label processing available upon request.

We roast all of our coffee in-house using quality Arabica Coffee from around the world. We roast in small batches on a quality roaster to bring out the best characteristics in the particular coffee we are roasting. We believe in providing fresh coffee to our customers and refuse to use barrels and bulk bins. Rather, we use package our roasts quickly in air barrier bags that protect the integrity of the roast and keep it from getting stale.

Our essences are made from our own organically grown certified flowers from our private sanctuary. We guarantee that you will find the wonderful healing energies in all our organic essences.
