We are a small family run business located in the foothills of Hollister, California. Our award winning organic extra virgin olive oil is a product of our great use of solar energy and permaculture techniques that sustain the earth\'s environment. Due to our competitive pricing, high quality products, and superior customer service we have become the first choice of nationally recognized chefs and the food service industry.

We are a scrappy small-farm freehold deep in the belly of big-farm strawberry country on California\'s central coast. We are young farmers, and this farm is our diversified, fully-integrated labor of love. We are family and friends, too many (or just enough) dogs, a downright silly number of trucks, a tractor, some chickens, ducks and pigs and goats, and a bunch of old rusty hand tools.

Hale Akua Garden Farm is a certified organic farm and eco-retreat. We offer individuals, families and groups opportunities to stay at our farm, take courses in organic gardening and permaculture, eat our certified organic food, swim in our solar heated, salt water pool, soak in our hot tubs, get massages, and take yoga and meditation classes.

Indian Springs Farm has been certified organic since 1987 on 33 acres just south of Pilot Peak. A diverse selection of vegetables, specialty cut flowers, edible flowers, herbs and small fruits are grown; many varieties are heirlooms. Custom floral design for the home and for small special events are available.
