Clean Foods Inc. roasts and distributes the Cafe Altura brand, the first organic coffee imported into the USA in 1980. Organic, Kosher, Fair Trade, Non-GMO available in whole bean, preground 12 oz cans and 3.5 Instant Coffee jars. Private label processing available upon request.

Our vineyard is blessed by natural underground hot springs that warm the spoil and create a frost-free environment during our growing season. That, along with our protection from marine fog allows our grapes to receive seven to ten degrees of warmer temperatures that result in earlier bud breaks and harvesting. Our gravelly loam soil, amount of sunlight, and special climate all work together to create a variety of great flavors to craft B.R. Cohn wines.

At the Adastra Vineyard our team works hard to grow the best grapes on our 20 acre vineyard. We use these grapes to produce Pinot Noir, Syrah, Merlot, and Chardonnay. When the stars are perfectly aligned we produce our ultra-premium Proximus Pinot Noir and Proximus Merlot.
