Our Monahan vineyard is in conversion to organic production utilizing biodynamic preparations as well.
We have adopted a minimum till program where we look to mainly cultivate under the vine row for weed control.
We apply compost annually which is broad cast spread. This is followed by biodynamic preparation BC and 500 at the start of the
season.
We incorporate sheep grazing early and late season to feed on understory and for nutrient recycling.
We also incorporate bio control through beneficial releases twice per season.

Handley Cellars is a small family-owned winery in California\'s Mendocino County. Our quality starts with our estate vineyard in Anderson Valley. There we capture the essence of the soil and climate and transfer them to our wines to offer a wide variety that reflect their origins and compliment today\'s diverse cuisine.

Huneeus Vintners is a dynamic collection of premium wines/wineries. The portfolio currently includes Quintessa, Faust, Illumination; all produced in Napa Valley; Flowers Vineyard and Winery produced on the extreme Sonoma Coast. We are singularly focused on producing the highest quality wines and promoting them through a committed distributor network to passionate restauranteurs and retailers.

Since 1876, our apple orchard has been producing top-quality apples due to our excellent coastal weather, protected lush valley, and rich soils that our family has cultivated over the years. Our apples are some of the best dessert and culinary apples around and are used to produce top-quality juices, spirits, deserts and apple ciders.

Crafting elegant, sensuous and age worthy wines for those who view the pairing of wine and food essential to their lifestyle and well being is what Winderlea is all about. Our focus is on making small lots of Pinot noir and Chardonnay that show the best characteristics of each vineyard. Hand crafted with minimal intervention and the modest use of new French oak barrels, our food friendly wines are classic in style.
