Alley 6 Craft Distillery is owned and operated by Krystle and Jason Jorgensen. We produce premium rye whiskey for whiskey lovers all over California in small batches using traditional distilling techniques. We have a 500-liter alembic copper pot still we call Horton who chugs away to help us to create whiskey with deep complexity and character which is unlike anything you’ve tasted before.
We are truly a small batch craft distillery that delivers you a one-of-a-kind experience. Every part of the process is done right here at our distillery in Healdsburg, Sonoma County, California-from milling the grain, to mashing, distilling, barreling, and bottling-we love what we do and do what we love, and we want to share it with you.
