Buchi is our version of kombucha, a living probiotic beverage communities haveshared for thousands of years. We begin with a fair trade, organic black tea to whichwe add our living kombucha culture, or SCOBY (Symbiotic Community of Bacteria andYeast.) The brew then ferments for up to 6 weeks in small, hand-tended batches. Fermentation turns simple sweet tea into a complex and bubbly craft brewed beveragecontaining billions of beneficial probiotic cultures, a spectrum of energizing Bvitamins and detoxifying organic acids. It’s great for digestion, boosting the immune
system, giving natural energy and makes a delicious and healthy alternative to sodasand energy drinks. Kombucha can also be used as a non alcoholic social beverage or asa sweet and sour low sugar mixer.
