D&S Distilling Company was founded on ideas of traditions, heritage, and a commitment to only releasing high quality spirits. With those ideas in mind, we’ve built a distiller in the hills of Tennessee that produces small batch, handcrafted, grain-to-bottle spirits using certified organic grains and sugars. With our CCOF application in process, we intend to be Tennessee’s first all organic distillery.
