At Gibson Farms we utilize Hollister’s ideal climate to produce the best variety of apricots and our specialty product, walnuts. Our farm’s mild climate is ideal for creating walnuts due to walnut’s sensitivity to extreme temperatures. Hollister’s mild climate allows us to grow walnuts that are light in color, have full kernels, and are exceptionally flavorful. We adhere to the fine quality established in our past and present this quality to our customers for generations to come.
