Jose Garcia learned to farm from his Grandparents, who were farmers in Mexico growing vegetables, corn, wheat, and beans. Everything is grown organically, without any pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Jose and his wife and Berenice are very passionate about growing organically because of the health bene?ts and because it is the lineage that they came come from long before these methods had a name.
