Our Swiss family-run dairy has been producing milk for over 90 years. Now we are producing fine Swiss cheeses for Whole Foods, Oliver’s Market, and other upscale markets throughout the California Bay Area. Our award-winning cheeses can also be found at farmers’ markets. We have been traveling to Switzerland to perfect our technique with a master Swiss cheesemaker.
