Lang Family Farms is a third generation farming operation that has been growing walnuts in Yolo County, California since 1938. Adopting an organic approach and investing in skilled farm employees will allow us to continue to farm for many more generations. Many of our establishments farming practices- winter cover crop, coddling moth mating distribution, foliar sprays and the use of organic microbial products and fertilizers have been in place for the majority of our farming existence. We felt it was time to make a commitment to a complete regimen of organic farming practices.
