Our solar, organic, and sustainable farm grows not only olives, but over 120 fruit trees, and several acres of veggies. We also have a wonderful wood-fired bakery where we mill all-organic grains into fresh flour to use in over 20 varieties of artisan bread.
We believe in the land, and in organic foods. We believe in a sustainable farm life. It is not easy, it takes work and dedication to maintain this way of life but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
