We have organically farmed our 4 acre orchard north of Vacaville for almost 40 years. The water is very scarce in this area, so we practice dry farming and it produces fruit with very concentrated flavor. Additionally, we let the fruit tree ripen for as long as possible to ensure maximum flavor. We regularly update our blog so you can keep up to date and “know your farmer.”
