where they have been growing DOP Castelvetrano olives and pressing high-quality Nocellara del Belice olive oil for four
generations.
From grandparents to grandchildren, the Asaro family oversees the entire production process, from the moment the
olives are hand-picked through the cold press process at the mill to bottling. They take pride in their hands-on approach,
