Field crop growers—including those producing grains and oilseeds—may be eligible for direct payments to help offset increased input costs and lower commodity prices in 2024.
Producers who have already reported eligible crops to USDA will be mailed a pre-filled application form. This form must be completed and verified by the grower and submitted in person, electronically, faxed, or via an online application form to their local Farm Service Agency (FSA) office.
Producers may also request an application form from their FSA office or apply online using their login.gov account.
The following documentation must be on file with FSA for the 2024 crop year:
- Form AD-2047 – Customer Data Worksheet.
- Form CCC-901 – Member Information for Legal Entities (if applicable).
- Form CCC-902 – Farm Operating Plan for an individual or legal entity.
- Form CCC-943 – 75 percent of Average Gross Income from Farming, Ranching, or Forestry Certification (if applicable).
- AD-1026 – Highly Erodible Land Conservation (HELC) and Wetland Conservation (WC) Certification.
- Form SF-3881 – Direct Deposit.
If you have previously participated in FSA programs, you may already have most of these forms on file—except for the newly required Form CCC-943.
For more information, including a full list of eligible crops, visit the Emergency Commodity Assistance Program (ECAP) web page or contact your local FSA office.
