  • Send checks to the CCOF office (2155 Delaware Avenue, Suite 150, Santa Cruz, CA 95060). Make checks payable to CCOF Certification Services, LLC.
  • Wire transfer your payments by emailing accounting@ccof.org to request transfer instructions.
  • For e-check payments please contact our accounting department directly by emailing accounting@ccof.org or by calling 831-423-2263 option 3
  • Use the form below to pay via credit card.
