CCOF regrets to announce the passing of Henry “Hank” Sharp who was a on the CCOF Board of Directors for five years and a devoted advocate for organic. He hosted many annual dinners for the South Coast Chapter at his home. While, as his wife Harriet writes, “we have only half an acre but the real work was in the promotion of organic.” Hank was an inspiration to fellow CCOF members including Allen Harthorn who credits him with “becoming a board member and sticking with the Board Rep position.” We extend our deepest condolences to Harriet and the Sharp family as well as heartfelt gratitude for...

To ensure that all CCOF-certified members are represented at the board of directors level, members must approve changes to the CCOF bylaws that will allow the board to establish new chapters.
