Alpine Fresh, Inc.

Alpine Fresh, Inc was founded in January of 1988 by two longtime friends, Jose Sanchez and Walter
Yager. Their vision was to bridge the gap between the growers of fresh fruits and vegetables in Latin
America and the consumers in the United States. The company has grown from two people, one pallet jack, a 250 square foot office, to a 50,000 square foot corporate headquarters in Miami, Florida, with over 4,000 employees worldwide. Alpine has operations in six different countries and sales on five different continents.

Alpine Fresh specializes in six major items - asparagus, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries,
French beans and fresh cuts- handling over 40 million packages yearly. Alpine owns and operates its own farms and packing shed as well as partners and finances growers around the world to ensure our ability to meet commitments to our customers 365 days a year.

Alpine Fresh will continue to be on the forefront of research and development, testing unique growing techniques, as well as, new varieties. These investments into the future give Alpine advantages that are passed onto our customers. We will strive to strengthen our relationships with our growers and customers and look forward to the new challenges that today\'s produce industry brings.
