Our vineyard takes pride in its forgotten history. We use dry farming techniques on our 70 year old Carignan vines to enhance the terrior and intensity of the vines. We use old-world methods and a completely natural approach to get the best out of our wines. The end product is a wine that has an immense depth, balance, and character from this forgotten varietal.
