Opening in 1977, Surata Soyfoods was one of the first tofu shops in the western hemisphere. We have been making certified organic tofu and tempeh ever since. We believe in the awesome nutritional and ecological benefits of using whole soybean products instead of meat in your diet. We distribute our tofu and tempeh throughout the Pacific Northwest.
