Are you continuing to partner with us for your organic certification in 2026? Your annual renewal package will arrive in early November. To maintain certification for the upcoming year, complete a renewal contract and pay your annual certification fees by January 1. Renewing on time helps ensure inspections stay cost-effective for everyone involved.
You may complete your contract and payment online (www.ccof.org/renew), through MyCCOF, by mail, or phone.
Renewal Timeline
- November: Renewal contracts and invoices sent by email and mail.
- January 1, 2025: All renewal contracts and annual payments are due.
- February 15: Last day to withdraw from certification without accruing 2026 certification fees. Late fees are issued to operations who have not renewed or surrendered by February 15th.
