Seeking Tech-Savvy Partner to Help Us Streamline Certification

At CCOF, we know that organic certification is more than a process. It’s a partnership built on trust, transparency, and a shared commitment to organic integrity. As our community grows and evolves, so do our systems and workflows. That’s why we’re excited to announce a new opportunity for consultants to help us shape the future of certification at CCOF.

We’re inviting proposals from experts with a background in both technology and Lean principles to conduct an efficiency assessment of our certification workflows. The goal is to identify ways we can simplify, automate, and improve our processes while keeping the care and quality our members expect at the heart of every change.

Why This Matters:
Whether you’re a farmer, processor, retailer, or advocate, your experience with certification matters. We want to ensure our systems are not only efficient and up-to-date, but also responsive to your needs and feedback. This assessment will help us identify improvements to our systems to support certification that’s easier to navigate, faster to complete, and always rooted in our values.

Are you—or someone you know—ready to help us innovate with care?
Learn more and review the full Request for Proposal (RFP).

Key Dates:

  • Proposal Deadline: February 19, 2026
  • Project Completion Target: August 2026

Questions? Reach out to April Vasquez: April@ccof.org.

Together, let’s build a certification experience that supports every member of our organic community—today and into the future.
