Organic Education

We are far from realizing the full potential of organic farming. The environmental, social, and economic benefits of organic farming are clear, but more education, research, and technical assistance is needed to understand how organic farmers and ranchers can thrive under increasingly variable and extreme weather conditions.  

Our Organic Education campaign pushes for investment in organic education, research, and technical assistance. The Advocacy Team’s work includes:

  • We successfully advocated for California to invest $1.85 million in organic research and technical assistance.
